Bottom Line 2019 - Big Challenges, Big Changes

March  11 - 12, 2019    Vancouver , BC

From the effects of climate change, to managing substance use, to bullying and harassment - this conference will look at big challenges in the workplace, how real-world organizations have addressed them, and what tools you need now for the big changes ahead.

Presented by the Canadian Mental Health Association, the annual conference provides an opportunity to build skills and share real experiences and successes while working towards the common goal of transforming Canadian workplaces into psychologically safe and supportive places where everyone can work safely and thrive.

Hear from Jorgen Gullestrup, the founding CEO of MATES in Construction, Australia's ground-breaking mental health campaign in the construction industry. Megan McPhee, lead counsel for the RCMP class-action lawsuit alleging a culture of bullying and harassment, will share her insight from this historic case about systemic workplace culture challenges, and what it takes to create safety at work.
